How to Make Buffalo wings From Scratch

If you are tired of eating vegetables regularly, you should opt for different meat recipes. You will have numerous options available, but none is better than Buffalo wings, which are actually made up of chicken. They are absolutely delicious and can be prepared quite easily at home.

Most people don’t bother making such recipes on their own and opt for processed meat, which doesn’t require any cooking at all. However, you can only experience the real taste, once you make the Buffalo wings from the scratch. This way, you will save money, but will have to give some of your time to cooking.

    Buy chicken wings from the market

    You don’t have to buy the entire chicken for this recipe, but you will need chicken wings, which can be easily bought from the market. You can buy as many as you like, but for this recipe, you will need 12 of them.

    Preheat the oven

    Before you start preparing the wings, make sure that the oven is preheated at 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

    Wash the wings

    Cut off the excess fat from the wings and wash them properly. Make sure there are no wing tips left and then allow the chicken pieces to dry.

    Place wing portions in baking pan

    Put all of the wings in a baking pan, but make sure you have covered the base of the pan with aluminum foil. This will help you save the wings from burning. Once you have done that, bake the wings for 20 minutes.

    Melt butter in a pan

    While the chicken wings are being baked in the oven, you can melt some butter in a small saucepan. Add some hot pepper sauce in the melted butter and stir for a couple of minutes until the mixture settles down nicely.

    Brush the wings with butter mixture

    Once the chicken wings are baked for 20 minutes, remove them from the oven and brush the butter mixture on them properly. After doing so, bake them for another 10 minutes and coat them with the butter mixture once more. Finally, bake them for another 10 minutes and serve them in a plate.
