Thai Prawn Rice Noodle Salad Recipe

A combination of some of our favorite foods on earth – Prawn and Noodles – this salad is a pure wild card entry candidate. In less than half an hour you can prepare an awesome delight to serve as a side dish or even on its own, because of the rich fullfilling nutritious content. Utensils: Salad bowls (Large and small), Spoons


– 1 pack noodles
– 24 cooked prawns
– 1 pack  Asia greens
– 2 tablespoon crushed peanuts


– 1/4 cup Lime Juice
– 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
– 2 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander
– 3 tablespoon olive oil
– 1 tablespoon fish sauce
– 1 tablespoon brown sugar
– 1 tablesoon grated ginger
– 1 red chilli (seed taken out and then cut into slices)

    Boil the noodles untill soft (follow packet instructions). Drain the water and give them time to cool down. Place them in a large bowl now.

    In a smaller bowl, mix the Lime juice, Lemon juice, grated ginger, chilli, olive oil, coriander, fish sauce and sugar. Mix well with spoon. This will serve as your dressing for the salad.

    To the noodles in the large bowl, add the prawns, asia greens and peanuts. To this add the dressing you prepared. Toss well so that an even taste is achieved. Make portions into smaller bowls for serving. The salad tastes best when served fresh.
