Steps to Make Cheese Lasagna Recipe

It has all the zest of spaghetti and it contains Parmesan and mozzarella cheese, which puts in an additional special aroma, bringing out the natural zests in the other ingredients. Ingredients:
Lasagna noodles: 1 package (about 16 ounce)
Ricotta cheese: 4 cups
Grated parmesan cheese:  ¼ cup
Eggs: 4 large
Salt and pepper: To taste
Olive oil – extra virgin oil is preferred: 1 teaspoon
Cloves garlic – finely minced: 3
Spaghetti sauce: 1 jar (about 32 ounce)
Italian seasoning: 1 teaspoon
Shredded mozzarella cheese: 2 cups

    First, preheat your oven to 350 °F (175 °C).

    Now, place a large pot of water on your stove with medium heat range and wait until it comes to rapid boil.

    Add some salt to the boiling water and stir with spatula to dissolve it completely.

    Add in one large packet of lasagna noodles and boil them for 10 minutes or until lightly tender.

    Turn off the heat of the strove and remove the pot with gloved hands. Now drain the lasagna noodles with the help of a colander and rinse under running tap water for 2 to 3 minutes until lightly warm. Set aside to drain the excess water.

    Scoop the remaining lasagna noodle on the top of the ricotta layer and then coat it with the rich sauce.

    Sprinkle 2 cups of the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top and wrap it with a large greased foil.

    Place it in the preheat oven and bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until the top is browned or deep golden in color.
