Take capsicums and remove their seeds.
Now take your frying pan and pour about 3 tablespoons of oil in it to fry ginger and garlic paste.
Now mash the potatoes and add them to pan containing ginger and garlic along with green peas, carrot, salt, chili sauce, red pepper cumin powder, tomato ketchup and boneless chicken.
Now cook the above mixture until it is set. Now cool it.
Take de-seeded capsicums and fill them with above prepared mixture. You can seal the capsicums using tooth picks.
Now take remaining oil and heat it in a pan and slowly fry the capsicums along with the remaining mixture. Fry them until they are smouldered.
Jalfrezi stuffed capsicums are ready and you can serve them with rice.
