Select Quality Potatoes Pieces
You should pick potatoes of same size and weight. Some markets offer rated potatoes quality. In that case it is easier to buy potatoes of same size. But if that is not available at your store, you just try to be selective in picking up all pieces. Picking potatoes of same size and weight will help you cutting pieces of same size and managing your time, if you barbecue them in their full size.
Cleaning and Washing Pieces
After selection of potatoes you clean them with a soft potato brush. Often potatoes carry extra dirt on their skin so when brush them that will be removed. Also used an eye cleaner to remove small eyes on their skins. They can emerge because of extra moisture or if potatoes are a bit older. You can easily remove them with the eye cleaner or may be even with a knife etc.
Seasoning Potato with Oil and Spices
Just before grilling potatoes you should season them with a small amount of olive oil with either brush or a small soft cloth. You can also add spices, salt and peppers, to make them more delicious after they are grilled. You do not have add any particular flavour or added spices.
Grilling and Ready to Serve
You should grill potatoes at a controlled temperature. With your grill at a higher temperature and your attention diverted can spoil your barbecue plan. You can check with a pork if they are ready. If pork quickly is through it means they are ready. Otherwise, you can leave them for a while, and after they are ready, serve yourself with meat or any other main food item.
