Seek ripened avocados
You need to find ripened avocados from your local grocery store. Check out for avocados which have dark-green skin and which should be soft when you press them gently. However, you need to refrain from getting brown avocados which are too ripe.
Cut the avocados
Now you need to cut all the avocados in half. You should cut them by working around the pit. Later you need to remove the pit by separating the halves.
Separate the avocado flesh
After removing the pit, you need to separate the avocado flesh from its skin. You can do this by scooping it out.
Mash the avocados
Now you need to mash the avocados. You can use a fork for mashing purposes. Continue mashing until it becomes smooth. Remember that in case you see some chunks of avocados then you can always use a food processor to help smooth out the mixture. However, you need to refrain from over processing as the it will get too runny.
Add minced fresh garlic, chives, lemon juice and cubed tomato
Next you need to add one to two fresh garlic cloves, two tablespoons of minced chives, ¼ cup of lemon juice and one small cubed tomato in the bowl containing the mashed avocado mixture. In addition to this, you can add salt and salsa to taste in the guacamole.
In the end serve the guacamole with tortilla chips which will liven up the taste.
