How to Make Low Cal Turkey Reuben Sandwiches

Low calorie turkey reuben sandwich is an awesome delight. This is a hit dish and very popular amongst Europeans. It is very easy to make yet it taste like heaven. You can use different methods to prepare this delicious dish but at the same time you can also make it with kraut and roll.

Dijon mustard: 2 tablespoons
Rye bread slices:P 8
Slices reduced-fat, reduced-sodium Swiss cheese (such as Alpine Lace): 4 (1-ounce)
Smoked turkey, thinly sliced: 8 ounces
Sauerkraut, drained and rinsed: 2/3 cup
Fat-free Thousand Island dressing: 1/4 cup
Canola oil, divided: 1 tablespoon
Arnold Sandwich Thins roll: 1

    Wash all the utensils before preparing your recipe. It is very important that you use all the utensils which are properly washed. You can easily see the difference between recipes which are prepared through proper ways and which are totally hygienic as well. It is always a very good idea keep your work area clean and dry to ensure that whatever you are preparing is free from any bacteria or other issues.

    Take two bread slices and spread some mustard over each slice. Now place one bread slice on other slice and make a sort of sandwich.

    Now put the turkey meat into the slices. Put also some cheese on both slices of bread. It is up to you as to how much cheese you want to put inside.

    Put some sauerkraut over the meat and close it with other slice. The amount of sauerkraut you use is according to your personal preference.

    Now start heating the canola oil in a frying pan over a shallow heat. Put the sandwich into the pan and cook until it gets slight golden. Always be careful when working near the stove or any open flame as you keep all the safety precautions in mind.

    Cook each side of the sandwich and keep cooking until both sides are golden. Remove the sandwich from the pan and repeat the procedure with the other sandwiches.
