  • Chicken broth - 2 litters
  • Onion - 4 pieces
  • Salt and Pepper - To taste
  • Butter or margarine and cheese
  • White bread
Instructions
  1. Prepare meat broth by boiling the meat and putting salt and pepper according to your taste.
  2. It is better to pre-boil the meat, add some chopped carrots, onions and put bay leaf, rosemary and thyme at the end of cooking.
  3. Slice the onion like half rings with a sharp knife and fry it in the butter for five to ten minutes.

  5. Take off the lid and let the water evaporate within fifteen minutes.
  6. Sprinkle onions with flour and add the wine or brandy, then broth. Boil the mixture for another fifteen minutes.
