How To Make Scrambled Eggs Zarzuela
Eggs when scrambled become a very delicious dish in itself. You can make scramble eggs many ways by trying out different recipes as well. Zarzuela itself is a taste enhancing ingredient as it will enhance the taste of scramble eggs. Utensils: Frying pan, tongs, cutting knife, chopping knife, chopping board
Minced dry oregano leaves: ¼ tsp
McCormick Lemon&Herb Seasoning: ¼ tsp
Minced bay leaf: 1 small
Dry minced onion: 1 tsp
Dry garlic powder: 1 tsp
Minced fresh onion: ½
Minced fresh tomato: 1 medium sized
Red (sweet pepper): 1 medium sized
Minced fresh garlic cloves: 4 medium sized
Chopped fresh cilantro: ½ cup
Chopped fresh parsley: ½ cup
Chopped mint: 1/8 cup
Chopped fresh scallions: 2
Ground mozzarella cheese: ½ cup
Chipped Feta (goat) cheese: ¼ cup
Spanish capers: ½ cup
Pitted Kalamata olives: ½ cup
Sliced fresh mushrooms: 1 cup
Extra-virgin olive oil: 1/8 cup
Salt: ¼ tsp
Wash all the utensils before making your recipe. This is important that whenever you start anything related to cooking, you must clean your hands as well as all the utensils.
Set the stove to fire and make sure that flame should be high as it will cook early and more firmly.
Take the frying pan and put it onto the stove. Put some oil in the pan and wait for few seconds to warm the oil fully.
Put some crushed onions and bay leaf into the frying pan. Wait for onions to turn slight golden and then add black pepper and red pepper. Put some garlic powder as well and add some tomatoes in the mixture.
Add the eggs into the mixture and into the frying pan and cook it until it gets slight hard.
Roast tortillas on the stove or in an oven as your dish is ready to serve.
Serve the scramble eggs and tortillas with tea or coffee.
