Over the years, a grilled cheese sandwich has become extremely popular all around the world and is liked equally by kids and adults. The reason behind the enormous popularity of a grilled cheese sandwich is its simplicity. Apart from that, a grilled cheese sandwich is quite versatile as it offers you a lot of room to experiment with cheese and bread.
  • Butter - 2 tbsp
  • Cheese - 1 slice
  • Bread - 2 pcs
  1. Take a small plate in which you can place the butter.
  2. Put the plate in microwave but do not heat it for more than 10 seconds.
  3. You can now spread the butter on both sides of two pieces of bread before you place cheese between them.
  4. Once you have nicely spread the butter over the bread and have placed a fresh slice of cheese between them, you can now turn on the burner to low-medium heat.
  5. Now place the sandwich on the burner and allow it to grill until the bread turns golden brown from one side, which is going to take approximately 5 to 7 minutes.
  6. You can now turn the sandwich over and grill the other side.
  7. Keep in mind that the other side will be grilled faster as the frying pan is thoroughly heated.
  8. You can remove the sandwich from the pan after about 3 minutes.
  9. However, it is highly recommended that you make sure before removing the sandwich from the burner that it has turned golden brown from both sides.
  10. Your grilled cheese sandwich is now ready and can be served.
  11. Place the sandwich on a serving plate and cut it into two halves using a nice and sharp knife.
  12. If you like salad or French fries with your grilled cheese sandwich, they can be prepared separately.
