Take Your Medication
If you are suffering from the disorder, you must make sure that you take the medication on time. Most issues can be managed if the program prescribed by the doctors is followed. Make sure that you follow all the instructions that are given to you by your doctor and adopt them in your everyday life. It will be a big step in your fight with the vestibular disorder and you should come up on top.
Many of us do not sleep enough. It has been found that a person must rest at least eight hours each day, with some personal variations. Most of us barely get six and our bodies are tried and this is accumulated over a period of time. To be healthy, we have to make sure that we must have adequate rest. Work is important but certainly not more than our health.
Reduce Television Viewing
On average, we watch the television for 3-4 hours a day. That is a lot of time and can contribute to the vestibular disorders. Reduce the amount of television you watch so that you remain healthy. This reduction also means that you reduce the amount of time you spend in front of a computer screen as it also falls in the same category.
Use TV with New Technology
Instead of watching the traditional TV, use the new sets that have been proven to have reduced effects on the eye. You can opt for an LCD or an LED television set. Make sure that you follow the instructions for the settings provided by the manufacturer as they will give you the best performance.
