In order to make Spinach and Mango Salad set the microwave oven at 375 degrees F or 190 degrees C to preheat it.
Take almonds and arrange them on a baking sheet in a single layer. Then bake these almonds for about 5 to 10 minutes. Keep stirring almonds occasionally until they are lightly toasted and give sweet smell.
After this blend maple flavored balsamic vinegar, dry mustard, red wine vinegar, tarragon, olive oil, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
Then, take a medium bowl and toss mangos and spinach with the red wine vinegar mixture after which mound this salad with toasted almonds and it is ready for immediate serving.
You can alternatively garnish it with your desired dressing or sauces to make it more presentable and delicious
