Spinach and Mango Salad Recipe

Mango is one of the most delicious fruits that you can relish during summers, as it is quite rich in flavour and sweet as well. Due to these fine features this fruit is also used in different dishes like salads and one of these unique affairs is Spinach and Mango Salad.

In this dish spinach and mango are used as major ingredients, which blend together with other elements to form an appetizing dish. – 2 tablespoons maple flavored balsamic vinegar
– 1 bunch fresh spinach – rinsed, dried and torn into bite size pieces
– 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
– 3/4 cup blanched slivered almonds
– 2 mangos – peeled, seeded, and cubed
– 2 teaspoons dry mustard
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
– 1/4 teaspoon chopped fresh tarragon

    In order to make Spinach and Mango Salad set the microwave oven at 375 degrees F or 190 degrees C to preheat it.

    Take almonds and arrange them on a baking sheet in a single layer. Then bake these almonds for about 5 to 10 minutes. Keep stirring almonds occasionally until they are lightly toasted and give sweet smell.

    After this blend maple flavored balsamic vinegar, dry mustard, red wine vinegar, tarragon, olive oil, salt and pepper in a small bowl.

    Then, take a medium bowl and toss mangos and spinach with the red wine vinegar mixture after which mound this salad with toasted almonds and it is ready for immediate serving.

    You can alternatively garnish it with your desired dressing or sauces to make it more presentable and delicious
