Refrigerated cheese-filled tortellini: Two 9 ounce package
Olive oil: 1/2 cup
Red wine vinegar: 1/2  cup
Sugar: 2 tablespoons
Dijon-style mustard: 2 tablespoons
Dried basil, crushed: 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper: 1/4 teaspoon
Cloves garlic, minced: 4
Frozen cooked chicken breast strips, thawed: Tow 9 ounce package
Cooked chicken breast strips: 4 cups
Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), rinsed and drained: 2 15 ounce can
Artichoke hearts, drained and quartered: 2 14 ounce can
Thinly sliced red onion: 1 cup
Pitted whole kalamata olives or ripe olives, drained and halved: 1/2 cup
Coarsely chopped tomatoes: 2 cups

    Wash all the utensils before starting your recipe.
