One of the many mistakes that we commit is ignoring our problems. If you keep telling yourself that you are fine, when in fact you are not, than one day you will break down.
So never ignore your issues.

Keeping everything inside is not easy. If you have well wishers around you, tell them about your problems. You will feel light and they might be able to give you an appropriate solution or tell you that your insecurities are baseless.

Don’t give up or give in
If you have a problem, do not give up in finding its solution. If it’s your partner who is insecure, you need to talk and help him/her overcome it. It shouldn’t be the case that you have to constantly change yourself because of your partner’s insecurities.

Dig it out
A problem can only be solved if you go to its roots. If you don’t find a solution, dig deeper. If there is no reason, then your insecurity is baseless.

If you keep yourself busy, you are less likely to think of your insecurities. You will be doing something productive so your mind will not wander off to baseless problems.

They are not Experts
You may tell your problems to a friend or any other close person, but keep in mind that they are not expert on your issues. Do not follow their advices blindly.
