Employee Resignation Announcement Email

Employee resignation email announcement is required when an employee leaves the organisation and the management wants to inform all other employees about the decision made by the person.

The email is sent to all the staff working in the company. The first paragraph of the email includes the information related to the person and his intention behind leaving the organisation. Thereafter, you can mention his achievements in the company, his joining and leaving date and the dedication that he showed during his tenure with the company.

If you plan to organise a farewell party, then you should also mention the date and venue too, while inviting all staff members to it.

    James Morrison started with ABC Group in 2009 as a Senior Operations Officer and eventually worked his way up to Assistant Manager Operations. He has been a valued part of our team over the past four years and most people here in this company really enjoyed working with him.

    James Morrison will be working with another company in the same industry, as a Manager Operations. We wish him every success in his new endeavours.

    We request you all to join us at the farewell party that the company has arranged for James. The farewell party will be held on June 27, 2013, in the Conference Hall.

    I look forward to seeing all of our staff members at the farewell party, giving toast to our colleague and friend, a person who brought a lot of success to this company.
