Apply Banana pulp
Banana Pulp is said to be a quick remedy for cracked heels. Use the pulp on the affected areas and leave it for 10-15 minutes. After you have left the pulp on the heels for the required time, rinse the area. You can carry the same process for a few days until the cracks disappear.
Apply vegetable oil to the area
First of all, wash your feet nicely with warm water. When dried, apply vegetable oil to the area that has cracks and wear a pair of socks on your feet. Make sure the socks are thick so that they absorb the excess oil from your feet. Leave the socks on for the night and wash the feet in the morning.
A very popular remedy is the use of Vaseline on the affected areas. Whenever you come out of a shower or wash your feet, apply the required amount on your heels. This may not give you the results quickly, but it surely acts as a good moisturiser.
Apply Shea Butter
Shea Butter is a very good moisturiser and is highly effective in healing the cracked areas. Apply Shea Butter to the cracked areas after washing your feet and leave for some time. The butter will retain the moisturising content and is a quick healer for the cracks. Shea Butter is also widely available in the market and is inexpensive in comparison to the likes of Vaseline.
Apply Coconut Oil
Coconut Oil is said to be a very good remedy for this purpose. It is because of this reason that you find coconut oil in many skin creams or body lotions. Apply the required amount on the cracked heels and leave it for a while. You will see that the cracks will disappear in a few days and your heels will be back to normal. Make sure you buy pure virgin coconut oil for best results.
