FLARE on GOD 125

I have to say there’s nothing better than God
His reminders are always poignant
and His care is always apparent

I don’t have to worry when He’s in control
A walk with Him is a better stroll

The world is rough on the body, spirit, and mind
But the Lord in all things is kind

Whether we like His chastening or not it is needed
It is the way the soul is seeded

I have to say there is nothing better than God
With Him there is always a loving hand
