Hypertension is becoming increasing common among people because of all the stress that they have to endure during their daily routine. Factors such as traffic, office pressure, paranoia, lack of employment opportunities, all contribute heavily to hypertension.

Despite being very common, hypertension is a dangerous health condition, one that can result in stroke and other heart-related diseases. It is therefore really important to take steps to lower blood pressure when it rises too much. Medication is one way of accomplishing this, though there are many natural ways of suppressing hypertension as well.
