Complete an Undergraduate Program

Get an Internship
Also it is not a bad idea to grab an internship with a corporate law practicing firm during summer breaks, this experience will be crucial both for learning as well as in the resume. If you can land a spot in a well known firm as an internee, it’s all the better.

Get Your License
Take the bar exam in the state that you wish to practice law in. if you are unsuccessful, you can take it again but you will need a license to be able to practice as a corporate lawyer.
