Steps to Cook Chicken Scampi

Chicken Scampi is one among the famous and fabulous family chicken dishes. This simple recipe serves 4 to 5 and contains healthy ingredients like boneless and skinless chicken, butter, white pepper, onion, lemon juice, garlic along with parsley or basil. This amazing dish makes an eye-catching combination with Pesto Rice, which is a simple dish with wonderful flavor.

salt: 1/2 teaspoon
white pepper: 1/8 teaspoon
butter: 1/3 cup
fresh lemon juice: 2 tablespoons
lemon peel: 1/2 teaspoon
chopped fresh parsley or basil: 2 tablespoons
chopped onion: 1
minced cloves garlic: 4

    Place the four boneless, skinless chicken breasts in a large cut board.

    Cut the chicken pieces into strips and place them in a large mixing bowl.

    Sprinkle the chicken pieces with salt and pepper and set the bowl aside at room temperature.

    Meanwhile, grab a large skillet or frying pan and place 1/3 cup butter in it.

    Place the skillet on the stove over a low heat and wait until the butter melt completely and turns into oil.
