Olive oil: half tsp.

Instructions

  • 1

    Prepare the beans

Remove the extra stems and strings from the beans with the help of a knife. After doing so, wash the beans properly, as there will be a lot of dirt on them. If you wash them one by one, it will take you plenty of time, so place them in a small plate and pour cold water over them. Toss them up a few times and drain the water. Repeat the same process a few times until you feel that the beans are clean.

  • 2

    Allow the beans to dry

The beans need to be completely dry, so allow the moisture to be removed from them. If you are in a hurry, microwave the beans for half a minute and you will get the desired result.

  • 3

    Drizzle oil on the beans

Pour some olive oil on the beans in a way that all of them are covered properly. In order to do that, drizzle the oil in a plate and then roll it over all of the beans.

  • 4

    Add salt and pepper

Sprinkle some salt and pepper on the beans and toss them up. They will now be ready to be grilled. If you like, you can add more seasoning at this stage.

  • 5

Place the beans in a grill basket

Put all of the beans inside a grill basket, so that they don’t fall out. Afterwards, you can place them on the gas grill, but make sure not to keep the heat high, as that will end up ruining the taste. Once the beans are crispy, remove them from the grill to serve.
