In order to perform a day spa at home, one must set aside two to three hours of uninterrupted time. Change into comfortable and loose clothes. Choose a room in your home in which you want to have a day spa. The room should be large enough that one large and comfortable chair can be placed in it along with two small tables.

Place the bouquet of flowers, beverages and food on one of the tables, while place the scented candles, beauty products and towel on the other. Play the music that makes you relax, and light up your candles. Make sure you purchase the scented candles according to your own liking, as it will only better your mood.

The day spa starts with the pedicure. Fill the foot tub with warm water, and add mild scented soap and rose petals in it. Place both of your feet in the foot tub, and let them soak for at least 15 minutes. Take out your feet, and gently clean them with the help of loofah and scrub. Dry them with a towel and gently apply moisturiser to them.

After you are finished with pedicure, prepare to have a facial. Tie your hair with the help of a ponytail or headband to keep them away from your face. Wash your face with warm water, and dry with the help of a towel. Apply a facial mask of your own liking, and keep it in place for at least 30 minutes. Apply toner, moisturiser and eye cream to complete the facial treatment process.

After finishing your facial, wash your hands with warm water. Now you have to do spa manicure. Start with nail fillings and adjusting cuticles. Massage both of your hands with moisturiser.
