    Be stable while running

    Create proper stability to help improve agility while running. You can place a ladder on the surface by the help of paint or tape, or you can buy one that you would mark on the ground. Normal agility ladders are ten feet long and consist of 18 inch squares.

    Make swift movements on the agility ladder

    Run on the agility ladder using long arm movements and pulling the knees high up with every step to improve agility. You need to put your foot in the middle of every separate square when running as well. Place both feet in each of the agility ladder’s squares when running through it. Moreover, you have to use the exact pumping arm and leg movements with the exercise. After that, stand close to the agility ladder. Focus on a square, and step into the middle of the square first with your right foot. Then, step into the agility ladder with your other foot. Step out of the ladder with the right foot, and then step out of the ladder with the left one. Perform this activity slowly at the start, and then gradually raise speed in order to improve agility.
