How to Improve the Mind Body Connection

“Mind-body connection” refers to practice in which you use your brain to control and enhance physical functions and elevate physical fitness to improve mental capacity. A balanced brain increase attention, focus, concentration, memory and performance.

Apparently, it looks very difficult to develop an effective connection between your mind and body but by making simple changes in the lifestyle it is as easy as turning your hand over. This practice will lessen your burdens, strengthen your nerves and ultimately end your anxiety.
