    Eat Early

If you eat early, it will allow the food to be digested before you go to sleep. The reduced strain you will have on your stomach, the better quality of sleep you will get. Many people do no realise that they suffer from gastric trouble at night and their sleep is greatly disturbed because of it. Additionally some researchers have suggested that eating vegetables at night is a good idea as they do not excite your system like fruits and other foods.

    Stop Activities

Before you go to sleep, stop all activities that include technology at least one hour before. No TV, no laptops or cell phones should be used. Just let your body and mind be at ease and you should be having a great night’s sleep.

    Correct Health Problems

If you have any issues such as snoring, it can be because you are suffering from sleep apnea which wakes you up dozens of times a night without you realising it. See a doctor if you have such issues and get treated. The quality of sleep will move upwards instantly.
