Take a large mixing bowl and add 1 pound ground turkey or any other meat that is easily available in your nearest market to it. Add in 1 tablespoon chopped parsley, 1/4 cup shredded Cheese and ½ cup chopped veggies.
Add one whole egg to the meat mixture and mix all the ingredients thoroughly. Now, shape this meat mixture into meatball, the ingredients are enough to make 15 meatballs at least.
Now place your meatballs on a baking sheet and place it in your microwave oven. Bake them at 350 degrees for approximately 10 minutes or until browned.
Remove the meatballs from oven and keep them aside until cool at room temperature. Serve them immediately.
