How To Make Vegetable Summer Rolls

Vegetable summer rolls are very easy to make. This tasty dish will make your evening more beautiful. Have vegetables summer rolls with tea or coffee will certainly give you a lifetime experience. You can add seasonal fresh vegetables in you mixture and put it into rolls. The other ingredients of the mixture will enhance the taste of your dish.  Summer rolls are usually made of flour and its fillings are a mixture of some vegetables stirred with butter or milk. The fillings are the main part of any roll or dish which are made of different rolls of flour. This dish is tasty as well as very healthy and has a unique taste which children also love.

For peanut sauce:
Finely chopped onion: 3 tablespoons
Garlic clove, minced: 1 small
Dried hot red pepper flakes: 3/4 teaspoon
Vegetable oil: 1 teaspoon
Water: 3 tablespoons
Creamy peanut butter: 1 tablespoon
Hoisin sauce: 1 tablespoon
Tomato paste: 1 teaspoon
Sugar: 3/4 teaspoon

For summer rolls:
Bean thread noodles (cellophane noodles): 1 ounce
Seasoned rice vinegar: 1 tablespoon
Rice-paper rounds, plus additional in case some tear: 4 (8-inch)
Red-leaf lettuce leaves, ribs cut out and discarded and leaves halved: 2
Fresh mint leaves: 1/4 cup
Fresh basil leaves (preferably Thai): 1/4 cup
Thinly sliced Napa cabbage: 1/2 cup
Fresh cilantro leaves: 1/4 cup
Coarsely shredded carrot (1 medium): 1/3 cup

    Wash all the utensils before making your recipe. It is a very healthy habit that you always wash before making anything.

    First you have to make the sauce which you will be serving along side the summer rolls.
