Controlling your temper is not easy to do, especially when you are naturally hot headed. You can say harsh things in the heat of the moment and they can have a negative impact on your professional and personal life. Therefore, it is essential to manage your temper in a way that it doesn’t affect your relationship with others. You have to realise the mistakes you make, and then focus on improving them rather than boiling with anger.

Let’s say you were assigned some task by your manager and you failed to complete it within time. Due to this, you have to suffer the consequences, which might be some nasty remarks, and possibly a reprimand by the higher authorities. Should you be angry in this situation?
