Make an attractive title of your advertisement as it is the first thing that a reader notices. It should be short and to the point. The perfect heading comprises just five or six words. Make it noticeable by placing at top of the ad with bold letters.
After grabbing some attention, now it is time to provide your potential investor the complete information of your property. However, it does not mean that you will write a “My house” essay rather just inform your reader about the size, price, location etc.
Description of the property:
Now when your potential investor is interested in your offer, you should draw a picture of your property by giving a description of it. It may include the special features like building structure, construction style, accommodation etc. Try to think with the mind of your target audience.
It is always better to mention the clearance certificate of your property as nobody wants to face legal issues. Declare your property cleared by the relevant real estate department. If it is possible, include the certificate number as evidence.
Summarise the ad:
Keep in mind that you only have five or six sentences to entice your reader so you should not add trivial things. Summarise the information in few words as your purpose is to encourage the audience to contact you.
Here comes the most important thing, your contact information. Provide the potential buyer as much contact numbers as you can. You can add email address or postal address for their convenience.
You can also invite them to visit personally and have a detailed look. In this case, do mention the timings that suit you.
