Ingredients:
Boiling water: 1 cup
Lime flavoured Jell-O mix: 1 (6 ounce) package
Crushed pineapple, drained with juice reserved: 1 (20 ounce) can
Cream cheese, softened: 1 (8 ounce) package
Heavy cream: 2 cups
Chopped pecans: 1 cup

    First of all, boil at least one cup of water. Take big bowl, and pour it over the gelatine mix. Keep mixing, until the whole of it dissolves. Since the water is hot, it will not take much time.

    Stir in half cup pineapple juice now. Put the entire material in the refrigerator until it is thickened. It may take 45-50 minutes or more.

    There is no time to waste, so meanwhile take crushed pineapple and the remaining juice in a small saucepan. Place it on the burner, and simmer at least for five minutes. Turn off the burner, and let it cool to room temperature.

    Now, blend softened cream cheese and lime gelatine in a separate large bowl. The pineapple, which would be cooled by now, should be mixed at this stage.

    Make soft peaks by whipping the cream. Add chopped nuts, after folding into gelatin mixture. Transfer the whole stuff in a crystal bowl and put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours at least.
