To make the Anjeer Basundi, you have to refrigerate the fig first. Then, take a pan and boil the milk in it. After that, add the lemon juice gradually and keep stirring. When you see small curdles in the pan, add khoya, cornflour and sugar. Stir and cook for around two minutes and place it in the refrigerator for around an hour. Take the chilled dish out of the refrigerator, make slices and serve.
In order to make the Apple Crumble, take a saucepan and put sugar, water, lemon juice and cinnamon sticks in it. Then, add the apple pieces to cook all the ingredients while stirring until they become soft. Now, add the oats, almonds, walnuts and wheat bran. Cook for around five minutes and then place it in the oven to bake.
To make the Apple pie, take a bowl. Put biscuits and butter in the bowl and mix them well. Then, place the bowl in the refrigerator. Take it out after few minutes and add bread crumbs, sugar and cinnamon in it. Mix all the ingredients well. Now, mix the oats in the mixture and place it in the oven. Bake it for around 20 minutes at 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Serve it in pieces.
