Resume Response Email

Resume response email is an email in which you inform the candidate about the status of their application for the position they applied for. In the first paragraph, you thank the applicant for showing their interest in the vacant position.

In the second paragraph, you can confirm the candidate about the status of their application. You can then state the date and time of the test or interview, if the candidate profile makes them qualified for the vacant position. Otherwise, let them know that you kept their resume for future considerations.
