Financial insecurity is the basic and the most important reason why one quits his or her job. If your salary doesn’t cover your bills then there is no point in staying around as you need to quit and hunt for better options out there.
If your supervisor refuses to listen to your proposals and is uncooperative, then there will come a time when you will decide it is time to move to an organisation with more friendly supervisors calling the shots.

It is the responsibility of the organisation to look after their employees by providing health care benefits and monthly to quarterly bonuses based on work performance. If your current employer doesn’t not cater to these needs, then quit immediately.
Lack of promotion opportunities
If you feel that you will not make any progress in your department then this usually means that you won’t be getting a promotion anytime soon. Talk to your manager and get a clear picture of what the management plans for you, if they don't have any plans just quit and move on.
Suppression of your talent
An organisation which does not give its employees opportunities to express their talents is not the right place to see your career flourish. So instead of letting your talent go to waste, quit and find an organisation where your talents are appreciated.
Undesired evaluation outcome
If your ratings in the evaluation are below average then you should know that you do not have a bright future in this organisation, therefore, quit while you still have a chance to get a job somewhere else.
When the current job does not help you gain any work related experience
If you feel that your current designation is not helping in gaining experience or is not related to your academic field then stop right there, quit and find something suitable.
When the organisation stops getting new contracts
If you notice that your employer has failed to grab any new contracts, then reassess your situation and start looking elsewhere because chances are that your organisation is losing its hold in the market and will soon have to let some employees go.
Bitter relationship with the boss
If you have a bitter relationship with the boss then odds are either you will be terminated or at least kept away from important projects. There is no point to stay around if this happens.
