But if you work all day, and come home exhausted, it can be a fleeting thought to provide a spectacular dinner. You’ll gain any number of dinner dishes in your recipe box when you make biscuit casseroles. There are many varieties that you can make, and all that is required of you is to open some biscuits, and stir some foods into soup. Can you do that? Of course you can!

We southerners love our biscuits, whether for breakfast, lunch, supper – or even for dessert. So, when I find a new biscuit recipe I want it in my cookbook. If that recipe is really simple to make I love it even more. My days of spending hours and hours in the kitchen are over but I still love a good biscuit meal – like a casserole. No matter what state that you live in you’ll love a good biscuit casserole, too.

One meal that you can make is done by opening up a can of cream of chicken soup. Stir in a half of a soup can of water. After that, stir in what you want. Mix in a can of chunk chicken, and some peas and carrots, and pour it in a baking dish, which has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.

Open a can of biscuits, put them on top of the soup mix, and bake according to the biscuit package. Allow to cool five minutes before serving. You could also make the biscuits from Bisquick. The casserole already has meat, vegetables, and bread, so a small salad is all you’ll need to serve on the side.

Instead of cream of chicken soup, use cheddar cheese soup, and water it down with a half of a soup can of milk. Stir in broccoli, and chunk chicken, put the biscuits on it, and bake. There are many different biscuit casseroles that you can mix together in minutes, and bake in a few more minutes.

Various soups that you can use include include cream of mushroom, cream of potato, and other cream soups. Chili and beef stew are additional choices. Vegetables that can be put into the mix include green beans, corn, diced potatoes, diced tomatoes, and mixed vegetables. Meats can be canned or diced chicken, cubed beef, pork, hot dogs, pepperoni, meat balls, and sausage.

You’ll be able to create hundreds of different casseroles by barely lifting a finger. Each night, your family will give you lots of time online so that you can find the next night’s dinner recipe!
