Well, what more can I say about this story that has not been said before? The Author, Hunter S. Thompson , you either love him or you hate him! I was once asked if I could borrow just one item from any story that I had read on the top of my list would have to be “THE SHARK”, the large red car. I may leave behind the luggage in the trunk “enough drugs to kill a platoon of Marines”,…well! I would love to experience the face on the hitch-hiker as he stepped into the belly of the SHARK coming face-to-face with Hunter S Thompson and his Attorney.
This book was made into a movie and the official comment was “Las Vegas viewed at 100mph from a medicine cabinet”. One day I hope to retrace the journey of the notorious Hunter S Thompson and tear down the freeway , wind blowing in my face and experiencing the freedom of HS Thompson. Need I say more?
