– 3 medium beets
– 4 cups mixed salad greens
– 1 onion, sliced into thin rings
– 1 apple – peeled, thinly sliced and cored
– 1/2 avocado – peeled, sliced and pitted
– 1/2 cup toasted chopped walnuts
– 3/4 cup apple cider
– 2/3 cup cider vinegar
– 1/2 cup vegetable oil
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
– 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
– 1/4 teaspoon celery seed

    Preheat the oven on 200 degrees C (400 degrees F). Then take beets and wash them. After washing the beets, put them in the baking dish along with ¼ cup of water.

    Cover the baking dish and bake it for one hour or until the beets get tender. After that take the baking dish out from the oven and place it aside so it could cool down.

    Take apple cider, salt, pepper, vinegar, celery seed and mustard and mix them together to form a mixture.
