  • For Chicken
  • Chicken breasts – 2
  • Carrots – 2
  • Celery stalks – 2
  • White onion – ½
  • Fresh parsley – 2 sprigs
  • Garlic powder – 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper – 1 tablespoon
  • Salt – As per your needs
  • Poultry seasoning – Few dashes
  • For Soup
  • Egg noodles – 2 cups
  • Carrots – 2
  • Celery stalks – 2
  • White onion – ¼
  • Low sodium bouillon – 2 cubes
  • Seasonings
  • Butter
  1. Take a large pot and add the vegetables to it with the chicken.
  2. Moreover, combine the parsley and celery to the same bowl.
  3. Next thing is to sink the chicken and vegetables in water. You can now add the seasonings over the water.
  4. It is now time to boil this mixture and once the water starts making bubbles, lower the heat and allow it to cook for one hour.
  5. Once the chicken gets soft, it is time to mix the additional seasonings in the pot.
  6. Let the chicken cook for additional 15 minutes and now it will really get tender.
  7. You can now add the egg noodles into the chicken and cook then for another 10 minutes to get your desired soup.
