    You need to find a good location in order to stretch. Seek a place which has enough area for you to do the split. In addition to this, there should be no mess in that area. This is for your own safety as you do not want to injure yourself hitting a table or stretching on your TV remote.

    First you need to point your foot forward after sitting on your knees. Then gradually slide the foot in front forward and the foot behind backward. Stretch as much as you can bear it. Also place your hands on the floor in order to support your body. After splitting, think about how much closer to the floor you are. Take rest after 8 to 10 minutes of this action.

    Repeat the same process after around half an hour and go slightly further than you performed before. Continue repeating this until you fulfil your task.
