How to Ease Morning Sickness

Morning sickness, which is common in pregnant women, is something that can ruin your whole day if not properly treated. For some women, nausea starts before they even know they are pregnant, while for others it starts a little later. It usually fades around 16 weeks, but in some cases can last until you deliver your baby. Morning sickness can take quite a toll on you, especially with all the other changes going on in your body. Follow some easy tips to help you ease your morning sickness.

Things Required:

– Seasickness bracelet
– Cola
– Anything ginger (ale, candy etc)
– Vitamin B supplements
– Peppermint candy
– Jolly Rancher candy

    When you wake up in the morning, instead of just getting out of your bed, you should try to eat something such as crackers and wait for around half an hour before getting up.

    You can also consider sipping a small amount of cola or ginger ale while you are still in your bed.

    Wear a seasickness bracelet. If you can't find one you can place a coin on the underside of your wrist and put a rubber band around it to hold it in place.

    Have some peppermint or ginger candy early in the morning as they work best to ease morning sickness. You can also eat Jolly Rancher candy as they are hard and come in a variety of different flavours that are sure to soothe your morning sickness.

    For some people, Vitamin B supplements also work well. Do not take the supplements without getting approval from your doctor.
