Drink lot of Water
Drinking water more than usual will flush out any toxins in your body and at the same time will make you feel healthier, active and full of energy. Start your day with a glass of water and drink one glass before having meal.
Avoid Sweet Drinks
Sweet drinks such as sodas, colas and other fizzy drinks contain lots of calories and thus promote weight gain. It is advised to refrain from such drinks and try having diet drinks.
Instead of having juices or fruit drinks it is good to eat fresh fruits particularly those that contain more water content like tomatoes and watermelons. They will provide natural sugar to compensate your glucose requirement.
Fresh vegetables particularly the leafy ones are the best diet for those who are looking to reduce weight in quick time. If you do not like vegetables cooked conventionally then try eating fruit salads or vegetable soup with bits of chicken added in it.
Avoid Fried Items
The fried items contain a lot of oil and of course fat so it is better to avoid eating them. However it is also advised not to totally skip your meal like most diet conscious people do.
Walk and Exercise
While reducing weight, it is often good to involve yourself in some kind of workout activity. Try having walk for at least half an hour before having meal or any light exercise such as sit ups with Abs bench.
