How to Make a Scrambled Egg Sandwich

A platter of fresh sandwiches on the table is a sight very few can resist. Sandwiches make excellent light meals, which you can enjoy during any time of the day. The scrambled egg sandwich is the kind of meal you can eat together at any time of the day in a short time notice of twenty minutes. Many of us like our eggs scrambled. This sandwich scrambles eggs with chopped green pepper and onions in a delicious way and envelopes it all in cheese and garlic bread to make a feast. Within twenty minutes, you can put together six sandwiches, each of them is so filling you will forget you were ever hungry. There is a word of caution here; this recipe is so good that there is a risk of over eating.

Utensils: Oven, skillet, mixing bowl, spoon, serving platter.

Frozen garlic bread, thawed: 1 loaf (16 ounces)
Finely chopped onion: 1/2 cup
Finely chopped green pepper: 1/2 cup
Butter: 3 tablespoons
Eggs: 10
Milk: 1/4 cup
Salt and pepper: To taste
Part-skim mozzarella cheese: 6 to 8 slices

    Place the thawed garlic bread in the oven and bake it according to the packet instructions.

    Place the skillet on the heat and melt the butter in it. When the butter heats up, put in the chopped pepper and onions and saute them. They should be crispy, yet tender to touch.

    Take a large mixing bowl. Put in the ten eggs extract. Add eggs, milk, salt and pepper according to taste. It is preferred if you use freshly ground pepper because of the fresh aroma it adds to everything. Whisk together everything well. Pour this mixture over the pepper and onions in the skillet. Stir and cook over medium heat. When the eggs appear cooked, remove the skillet from the heat.

    Arrange bread slices on the platter. Place a cheese slice over each. Now scoop up the scrambled egg over the cheese. Place on the top slice. You can now add french fries and coleslaw to make it a perfect combo, although the sandwiches are ravishing enough on their own. Serve to the glee of the guests and enjoy the joy that comes with mastering something so good.
