How To Make Newburg Sauce

Ingredients:
All purpouse flour: 2 tbsp
Seafood redi-base: 2 tsp
Old bay seafood seasoning: 1/2 tsp
Paprika: 1 tsp
Butter: 2 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce: 1/2 tsp
Dry sherry: 2 tbsp
Heavy cream: 2 tbsp

    First of all, take a saucepan and melt butter on medium heat. Don’t heat the pan too much before putting in the butter.

    Add the flour to make a fine roux. Now, it is the time to whisk water and the redi-base slowly. Blend it well.

    The third step is to include old bay seafood seasoning, the paprika, and the worcestershire sauce. Mix all the ingredients smoothly with the spoon.

    After adding the seasoning, paprika and sauce, remove the pan from the burner. Without any delay, add the sherry and cream. Slowly whisk it, making sure that the cream is fully mixed.
