Utensils: Sauce pan or a stew pot, Large bowl, 2-3 Lbs of ice, Sharp paring knife, Long handled slotted spoon, Teaspoon, Kitchen paper towel

Ingredients:
Tomatoes: 5
Cloves of garlic: 5
Chilli powder: 1-2 teaspoon
Salt: 1 teaspoon
Spice blend of your choice

Instructions

    Boil water in a pan

    Boil some water in a pan and assemble the rest of the products in the meantime.

    Cut the tomatoes and put them into the pan

    Using a sharp knife, peel off and cut all the tomatoes and put them into the boiling water. Make sure that the water does not dry out otherwise the tomatoes will burn.

    Add other ingredients

    Add the remaining ingredients ( garlic, chilli powder and salt) one by one and keep stirring until everything settles in nicely.

    Cook for 30 minutes

    Cook the tomatoes for another 30 minutes, so that they form a thick paste. Once you get the desired result, cool them down and serve with Cajun log later.
