Cooking chicken is not difficult for an expert. However, things can be a tough difficult for starters, as they are not aware of all the cooking techniques. Therefore, they might end up spoiling the recipe, if they go for the conventional method.
Ingredients
  • Chicken – 1
  • Ginger – 2 inches
  • Onions – 6
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic – 1 bulb
  • Sesame oil – 2 teaspoons
  • Peanut oil – ⅓ cup
  • Soy Sauce
Instructions
  1. Before preparing the chicken, you will have to make sure it is completely clean.
  2. There will be a lot of extra fat on the meat, which is not good for health, so remove it using a sharp knife and wash it completely with water.
  3. Add some water in a large pot and place the chicken in it.
  4. Make sure that the water is cold at the time to place chicken in it.
  5. Peel a ginger and throw it in the pot of water.
  6. You can either use ginger paste or thrown in medium cloves of it. Moreover, add some oil and garlic cloves too.
  7. Take medium sized onions and remove their skin.
  8. Chop them down with a sharp knife or chopper and add them to the pot containing chicken.
  9. Place the pot, containing all ingredients, on the stove and bring the chicken to a boil.
  10. Afterwards, simmer for 10 minutes and then remove.
  11. Divide the chicken into small pieces and marinate them with different seasonings.
  12. You can fry it and serve to your family otherwise the boiled chicken can be eaten as it is.
