How to Take an Aromatherapy Bath

An aromatherapy bath is an effective way to rejuvenate and calm jangled nerves, de-stress your body after a tough day, and clean yourself comfortably. By adding a few drops of essential oil to a regular bath, you can enhance its ability to relax your body and mind. Besides revitalizing your body, an aromatherapy bath also makes your skin softer, opens pores, detoxifies and deodorizes your body.

A spa is the best place to take an aromatherapy bath, but you can also have a spa like aromatherapy bath at home using a few household items you may already have.
