Size of the Cake
Take a chocolate cake that should be about 10 inch in diameter and 2 inch thick. This is a standard sized slice cake at the market. Otherwise, you can also prepare it at home. The cake is easy to decorate and about 16 slices can be obtained from it.
Dividing the Cake
Place the cake on anything that you can easily revolve. Now using a sharp knife divide the cake into three round or transverse sections. You can do it by placing one hand softly on the cake and moving it in circular motion. This will allow the knife move itself into the cake thus dividing it into sections.
Three separate Layers
Making sure that the section does not break, pick it up with care, place it on the table, and repeat the same procedure for the other section. Now you have three separate layers of the cake in front of you.
Spreading syrup and Milk Cream
With the help of brush, spread some sugar and water syrup on the bottom layer to keep the crumbs soft and together. After that, spread some rich amount of milk cream on the same layer with tablespoon.
Placing the layers back
After spreading the milk cream, place the middle layer on the cream above the bottom layer. Repeat the same process as you did with the bottom layer of the cake and end up placing the third layer on top of the middle layer.
The Final Touch
Finally, spread some cream on the top layer of the cake as topping and spread it neatly. Cover the cake like a snowfall with cream with the help of a spatula or spoon. Hold the spatula over the top of the cake at 45-degree angle and remove any access cream from the top. At last, put the cake in refrigerator until chill properly.
