Diced tomatoes: 2 cups

Ingredients for Dressing:
Extra virgin olive oil: ¾ cup
Red wine vinegar: ¾ cup
Sugar: ¼ cup
Oregano: 1 tablespoon
Salt: 1 teaspoon
Pepper: ½ teaspoon
