– 225 g tri-coloured pasta assortment
– 3 tablespoons curry powder
– 350g fresh prawns
– 115g smoked salmon, chopped
– 200g frozen green peas, thawed
– 1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon
– 1 teaspoon lemon juice
– 3 tablespoons olive oil
– salt to taste
– ground black pepper to taste

    Take a large saucepan and pour salted water in it then, bring it to the boil. Now add curry powder in this boiled salted water and allow it to dissolves after which add pasta to it. Cook pasta until it becomes firm, but not hard. Then, drain pasta and cool it under running water after that drain it once again thoroughly and put it in a large bowl.

    Get a large pot and fill it with salted water then, bring it to the boil. Then, place the prawns in it and boil them until they will curl little more and become pink. This process will take about 2 to 3 minutes. After that drain them and put under cool running water. Drain them again then, unpeel and devein them after which put the prawns on aside.

    Then take these prawns along with green peas and smoked salmon to add into the pasta.

    Combine lemon juice, tarragon, salt and pepper in a small bowl then, add oil before stirring vigorously this mixture until it blends well.
