Sweetpea Sensation Cocktail Recipe

Sweet pea sensation is a perfect combination of sweet peas, vanilla, and the classic scent of colorful roses. This refreshing drink is a perfect solution of hot summer days as it provides you with the energy required to quench your thirst smoothly. Sweet pea is good source of protein, carbohydrates, calcium, phosphorus, Vitamin B, magnesium, manganese, iron, phosphorus and potassium.  Vanilla is another important ingredient of the drink, which helps with nausea, reduces anxiety and stress, heals wound, and regulates menstruation. Roses, on the other hand, have an aesthetic appeal and the rose hips are great source of vitamins A, B3, C, D and E. In addition to that, the rose hips are also good source of bioflavonoid, flavonoids, tannins, zinc, malic acid, citric acid and fructose.

Ingredients (serves six people)

(1 cup /250ml) water

(1/2 cup / 110g) caster sugar

(1 cup / 250ml) chilled vanilla vodka

(1 1/2 tablespoon) rosewater

(2-tablespoon) grenadine

(750ml) chilled dry sparkling wine

Six fresh unsprayed sweet pea flowers

Ice cubes for serving purpose

    Take six serving glasses and put them in refrigerator until chill.

    Meanwhile, take a small saucepan and add one cup of water and 1/2 cup caster sugar to it. Place saucepan over low heat and stir until the sugar dissolves properly.

    Now increase the heat to high for two minutes and do not stir the mixture at all. Keep it at high heat until the mixture become syrupy. Now cool it slowly and then put it in refrigerator or fridge until chill.

    Take a large jug and place the sugar syrup, ice cubes, rosewater and chilled vanilla vodka to it. Now stir this drink to properly mix all the ingredients.

    Add 2-tablespoon grenadine and 750ml chilled sparkling wine to the jug containing the mixture.

    Take out the six serving glasses from refrigerator and equally distribute the drink among them. Your drinks are almost ready, top each of the glass with sweet peas and serve immediately.
