A North Indian cuisine is one of the tastiest around the world. Its known for the spices and delicious intense flavours. Wheat and rice are the main staple foods. There is also high usage of butter, ghee, yogurt, cream and paneer. A tawa is used to make naan and chapatis. It also has a lot of spicy snacks in its list.     This street food is a famous snack. It has a sweet and sour flavour. Chaat is fried crisps served with yogurt, spices, potatoes and tamarind. Another snack is panipuri: these are fried spheres filled with sour water which burst in your mouth.

    The dish is famous around the world but you are aware of the fact that it originated from north India. Chicken is marinated with lime juice and chillies and then cooked in yogurt, ginger, garlic and butter. The melted butter is poured over the dish.
